IQF — Individually Quick Frozen

Pieces frozen individually at −35°C in a blast tunnel. Each piece remains separate — no block-freezing. Ideal for portion-controlled food service, hotel kitchens, and retail packs. Superior texture vs. block-frozen product.

Whole Carcass

Halal-slaughtered carcasses supplied whole, halved, or quartered. Suitable for buyers who prefer to cut in-country. Packed in food-grade poly bags inside wax-coated master cartons.

Custom Cuts

We work with buyers to specify exact cut weights, trim levels, and portion sizes. Minimum 1 FCL for custom cut programmes. Arabic labelling and private-label packaging available for Kuwaiti retail buyers.
