White / Light Honey (Tigray & Amhara)
Produced from highland flowers in northern Ethiopia. Light amber to white color, mild and sweet flavor with floral notes. High demand in European and Middle Eastern markets. Commands a premium price.
Dark Honey (Forest Honey)
Produced from wild forest flowers in southwestern Ethiopia (Kaffa, Illubabor). Dark amber to brown color, strong, complex flavor with earthy and floral notes. Rich in antioxidants. Popular in health food markets.
Organic Forest Honey
Certified organic honey from wild forest areas where no synthetic inputs are used within the required buffer zone. Available with USDA NOP and EU organic certification. Highest value product.
